Second par 5 on the front nine. The tee shot is framed beautifully by the trees on each side of the fairway. The longer hitters play to a fairway that starts to narrow at the bottom of the hill. the next two shots play uphill to a fairway that opens up. the green is receptive and slopes back to front. It is guarded by a bunker on both sides. Long is not a good place to be here, and makes a near impossible up and down if the pin is in the back of the green.
Hit the fairway off the tee. If that means using a 3W, or less to do so that is fine. This hole plays uphill to the green and is a 3 shot hole for most players. Leave yourself a comfortable distance after a layup and attack this hole. Stay below the pin and you can make a good score here.
