Hole 8 is the Hardest par three on the course. It plays long for both men and women and is guarded right by a bunker. Long on this hole is also a bad place to be making club choice more difficult. Most players need a long club they aren't as comfortable with to reach this green. The green is divided in half by a spine that runs front to back right in the middle of the green. The distance makes it tough, but to be on the wrong side of the green makes for a difficult par.
Club selection is most important however short is the best miss. Stay out of the bunker and take notice to what half of the green the pin is located. The spine can make a long putt across the green, or even a chip a tough par.
